Focus on Expedition Staff and Guides – Being Guides ourselves, we are somewhat biased, but we firmly believe that a great guide can bring an experience to the next level and turn your vacation into something you will remember for years to come. Guides can bring a destination to life by pointing out difficult to spot wildlife, explaining why it is important and how it fits into the ecosystem. They can talk about the people and the cultures you encounter, the history of the area, and present ideas about the future. They create a safe environment where travelers are free to explore and learn at their own pace, and make the adventure a more complete and fulfilling experience. We only work with companies that share our appreciation and are dedicated to using the best guides available in every destination.

We are here for you -  Our experienced staff are dedicated to helping you through out the process. We help you research and book the trip that is best for you, help you prepare for your adventure and will be there when you return. We are there for you when things go right and also when they don’t. We are already working for you - We have chosen a select group of operators to work with. We feel that the trips we offer through these operators are the best available for each destination. We don’t work with good operators; we only work with great ones. We evaluate each operator to ensure they meet our high standards and criteria. This means we have already narrowed the field for you and you can rest assured that you will be in good hands throughout the planning and execution of your adventure We work hard to ensure you to have a safe, fun, and educational adventure that will provide you with memories that will last a lifetime.
 
Your Money is Safe - All money we hold for clients is deposited into a Client Trust Account at Santa Barbara Bank and Trust. This money is held until your trip departs, and only then do we consider it ‘earned’ money.  This means that if your plans change and you had to cancel your trip, we could return all of the money we are holding for you. Please note that our use of this Client Trust Account does not mean that clients are immune to any published cancellation penalty policy due to cancellation for any reason; all applicable terms and conditions apply.
 
Publish and Practice Privacy policy and Terms and Conditions – We publish our privacy policy and give every traveler our Terms and Conditions so that our clients can be assured of how we handle their information. These policies are used to protect our clients, and we work hard to ensure that all companies we work with publish and promote their privacy policies as well. We take this very seriously and expect the companies we work with to do the same.
 
We’re Registered - Rosmaru Expeditions is a Registered Seller of Travel with the State of California (CST # 2093510-40). California has some of the strictest regulations in the country that apply to how we conduct our business and handle client money. We are insured by Berkley Insurance. Please note that registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the state of California.
